Karen DeBord

I am just Karen. Although I spent most of my career as Dr. DeBord at the University level teaching students about Family & Child Development, that changed upon retirement. My husband and I moved back to my home state of Virginia to build and operate a 4-room Bed & Breakfast.

Becoming (DONA) certified as a Doula is a new page in my life book! I have hobbies (stained glass work, helping in the community, photography, raising my chickens), but I really enjoy sharing happy moments with families.
